Beluga Black Lentils

Nicknamed the caviar of lentils, the Beluga black lentil seduces with its shiny grains, fine texture and subtle hazelnut taste.
Grown with care in the Berry region of France, they are sorted and packaged by traditional methods, guaranteeing impeccable quality.
Its perfect resistance to cooking and its intense colour make it an ingredient as delicious as it is decorative. Try it with scallops, in a warm salador as a refined accompaniment.
