Innovation at the heart of our commitments

On Wednesday 15 June 2022, Avail (36) had the honour of hosting a lentil trial visit platform organised by Terres Inovia and AXEREAL. The aim was to discuss the experiments conducted throughout the year with farmers and agricultural technicians.

The three main topics discussed were

• Lentil varieties: providing farmers with the varietal information needed to adapt to their situation.
• Mixed weed control: finding solutions for optimal weed control of weeds (commonly called weeds). Complemented by the "associated crops" trial in lentils.
• Fight against the bruchid: evaluate the efficiency of traps against the main insect pest of our lentils.

This day was very enriching for our producers of Green Lentils of Berry. Many thanks to Terres Inovia and AXEREAL for this day.
