Adapted to the terroir of Champagne Berrichonne since the 1950s, it is grown using the know-how of local producers, using methods that respect the environment.

Preparation :

1 glass for two
Brown your lentils in a frying pan or saucepan with oil, butter, garlic, onions and bouquet garni. Add three times their volume of water (cold water). Bring to the boil and cook over a low heat for 25-30 minutes or 15 minutes in a pressure cooker. Add salt at the end of cooking. Drain. Now it's ready!
